CAVI - a central part of the IT city Katrinebjerg

The Centre for Advanced Visualisation and Interaction (CAVI) is part of the University of Aarhus and has been established in a close cooperation with Danish National Centre for IT Research and the Alexandra Institute A/S with the objective to do research and support education concerning new visualisation and interaction techniques. CAVI is a place where a wealth of different activities take place daily. Besides the permanent staff, there are persons from companies, researchers from e.g. the University of Aarhus and the Aarhus School of Architecture, and not least students from different educational institutions who use the facilities as a part of their training.

CAVI is hosting 3DNET and Digital Experience.
